Flexus Stairs provide the structural integrity of reinforced concrete, but without the weight or thickness. Flexus Stairs are comprised of fibre-reinforced engineered cementitious composite (ECC) panels fitted to a steel framework. This lightweight modular system has been developed as an alternative to timber and precast concrete stair units, and reduces the need to fully frame and fire rate the support structure.

With a typical stair weighing just 30kg, the Flexus stair system is quick, safe and easy to install. GRC New Zealand produce custom moulded treads and risers made to the height and length required, and landings can be made to size.

Suitable for residential and commercial projects, and for interior and exterior applications, with an industrial aesthetic. The natural concrete finish, combined with exposed structural steel creates a functional staircase, and can be combined with glass panels and balustrades to complete the desired look.
