Description

Hinged door panels are 50mm deep and are bead glazed externally on all sides. Hinged doors are open-out and open-in. The open-out door is available in the two frame options while the open-in door is available in one frame only. French doors have rebated meeting stiles for a flush look.

For best overall performance, pair with The AGP System® with Solux-E® or Solux Ultra® low-e glass.

Frame facing adaptors available
Parliament hinges allow doors to open outwards a full 180º in brick veneer situations
French door flush bolts are concealed from view in the leading edge of the 'lazy' door panel
Overlights and sidelights are possible

Suitable for most residential environments in larger sizes
Need to be used in defined maximum sizes according to the wind exposure
Single panels ideal as utility doors
Overlights and sidelights are possible

Limitations on Use

Open-in frame available but open-out applications will generally be preferred for utility and French doors
Recommended maximum 2700mm high doors in 'Extra High' wind zones

Designed, tested and manufactured to meet NZS 4211: Performance of Windows, and NZS 4233: Glazing in Buildings, Parts 1-4
Designed and tested to conform to NZ Building Code, including Clause E2

Other Performance Attributes

Window and door warranty provided under normal conditions of use against failure of materials and workmanship for a period of five years
Surface finish is covered by a separate performance warranty dependent on the actual finish selected
A hardware/componentry warranty is offered against defects in manufacturing, functionality and surface finish for a period of five years, provided care and maintenance guidelines have been followed
