Description

These window systems are designed for shopfront locations, generally at ground level and in protected situations.

The glazing pocket lies in a central position in the frame and mullion in the 100mm suite and in an offset position in the 80mm suite, giving the windows an appearance of solidity in a setting of robust aluminium profiles.

Scope of Use

Designed for ground level environments in weather protected situations
Need to be used in defined maximum sizes according to the wind exposure
Compatible with opening sashes or Magnum commercial doors mounted in a range of styles — conventional hinged, floor sprung, with concealed transom closer, manual sliding and automatic

Limitations on Use

Not suitable for multi-storey or exposed locations
Generally preassembled in sections at the factory and joined and sealed on site; glazing is also usually done on site

Designed, tested and manufactured to meet NZS 4211: Performance of Windows, and NZS 4233: Glazing in Buildings, Parts 1-4
Designed and tested to conform to NZ Building Code, including Clause E2

Other Performance Attributes

Window and door warranty provided under normal conditions of use against failure of materials and workmanship for a period of five years
Surface finish is covered by a separate performance warranty dependent on the actual finish selected
A hardware/componentry warranty is offered against defects in manufacturing, functionality and surface finish for a period of five years, provided care and maintenance guidelines have been followed
