Allproof Release Extensive Testing Results on Passive Fire Protection Products

Allproof’s extensive range of tested products cover a wide scope of real-world install scenarios. The latest literature published by Allproof provides new test results on Hebel walls, Speedpanel walls and plasterboard ceilings. The update also outlines hollow-core floor slab installation information.

Allproof use independent IANZ accredited fire testing laboratories to ensure their products meet performance requirements and ultimately save lives. By fully producing all the components, including Allproof’s advanced intumescent material, at their manufacturing facility on the North Shore of Auckland, Allproof have complete control over the quality of the product and are able to react quickly to demand. This coupled with their in-house design and development team enables Allproof to continuously develop their product range with insights from the industry to provide products for the ever-advancing construction processes used in New Zealand.

Allproof’s passive fire protection range is widely utilised by the New Zealand construction industry, including in projects such as the Westfield Mall in Newmarket, Commercial Bay and Ryman facilities including the prominent Tropicana development that’s currently under construction.

The low profile pipe collars are designed to be installed in concrete, brick or masonry fire rated walls and floors, and fire rated plasterboard walls.

Pipe collars are designed to be exposed in a wall or floor application (i.e. face fixed). The collars should always be bolted to the underneath of the concrete floor. In wall situations one collar should be used on each exposed side of the fire rated wall.

Allproof fire collars are to be installed only as tested. Please refer to Fire collar literature for test results and install drawings on Allproof's website allproof.com.

Suitable for fitting to:

Concrete, masonry, brick walls.
Plasterboard walls
Concrete floors.
Hollow core construction floors
