New AMF Thermatex Acoustic Tiles from Potter Interiors

The range includes Thermatex Acoustic tiles which have a NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) which starts from as low as 0.6 to as high as 0.9.

Thermatex Acoustic also have a wide range in the CAC (Ceiling Attenuation Class) from 26 – 44 all with the same facing. So as a designer you now have some flexibility in your design to set out a ceiling to perform different jobs within your design.

An example would be to place a mix of performance tiles by placing high CAC (Thermatex db Acoustic NRC 0.7 CAC 43) around air conditioning units or noisy services and high NRC and CAC (Thermatex Silence NRC 0.9 CAC 44) for meeting rooms.

You may also have a room where you would like to have low absorption at one end and high absorption at the other end so you can reflect sound like a class room.
