Gyprock Flexible is a 6.5mm plasterboard sheet with an enhanced gypsum core in a heavy duty liner paper, which enables the board to bend to a small radius.

Gyprock Flexible is installed in two layers for increased strength and to allow it to match other lining thicknesses in commercial construction. The long edges of the panels are recessed for flush jointing to a smooth, continuous surface.

Often installed with Potter Interior Systems' Flex-C Trac 64 or 92mm, this product allows for design flexibility and is used to create curved partition walls, arches, columns and also circular ceiling features.

Standard sheet sizes are 1200 x 3600mm and installation can accommodate a 250mm radius design for a convex curve and 450mm radius for a concave curve.
