Futurewood was approached in 2016 by Lindsay Kennedy, Project Director for the Millwater Central complex. Kennedy requested a solution for all the fences, privacy screens and gates for the project. Millwater Central consists of 37 terraced, courtyard apartments all with fencing and privacy screens, with main access entrance gates into the courtyards.

A concept was proposed and, once accepted, executed using Futurewood's very versatile 70 x 15mm slate grey profile. This profile not only looks attractive and suits the complex, but is also virtually maintenance free while offering privacy and protection from high wind areas. Futurewood’s 70 x 15mm fencing profile comes in a selection of pre-finished colours with no ongoing staining or painting required, it is environmentally friendly being 100% recycled and carries a 10 year warranty.

The residents of Millwater Central now benefit from and can enjoy a durable, low maintenance, attractive product for many years to come.
