Millwater Central Chooses Futurewood EnviroSlat

Work is already underway at the Millwater Central complex at Millwater Parkway, Silverdale. Lindsay Kennedy, the project director, decided to use Futurewood EnviroSlat for the fences and gates at Millwater Central and is very satisfied with Futurewood at this early stage in the project.

The project consists of 37 terraced courtyard apartments all with EnviroSlat 70 x 15mm Slate Grey screen fencing, gates and main access entrance gates into courtyards. The responsibility for installation was given to Simon Justice and Rueben Clive Smith of Greystoke. The team at Greystoke have used the full range of Futurewood products over many years and prefer Futurewood as an alternative to timber products. EnviroSlat comes in five colours and offers a 10 year warranty against rotting and colour fading.

Lindsay said EnviroSlat composite screen fencing was chosen because it offers a pre-finished colour with no ongoing staining or painting required, is virtually maintenance free and is environmentally friendly being 100% recycled.

Industrial Plastic Shapes will give an update on the project later in the year.
