Cavity Slider Combos Save Time and Labour

CS For Doors offers a complete cavity slider door package comprised of a fully assembled cavity pocket frame, a pre-machined door panel and a locally made CaviLock handle.

The cavity slider unit can be fixed straight into the framed opening on site without the need for additional fabrication. Installation is a quick and easy process as CS Cavity Sliders have a number of features that enable them to be installed in less than half the time of other similar products on the market.

Quality components are screwed together for strength, providing peace of mind that when the prefabricated home is moved there are no risks associated with ‘bendy’ product being put into the wall. The steel reinforced door reduces the risk of bowing, and has been factory machined to reduce labour time.

For a complete package including SofStop soft close, the SofStop Combo is available in standard residential door sizes from 710 to 910mm wide.

CS SpaceMaker is a residential grade cavity slider designed to suit standard sized doors typically found in today's modern residential homes.

CS Cavity Sliders units have been appraised for use with sliding doors in internal locations in residential, commercial and light industrial buildings
A practical solution for those areas where there is not enough space for a pre-hung door, such as en suites, wardrobes and hallway cupboards
Standard sizes (1980mm high x 610, 660, 710, 760, 810, 860 and 910mm wide) or made to measure up to 2100 x 1000mm

CS Cavity Sliders will, if employed in accordance with the supplier's installation and maintenance requirements, assist with meeting the following provisions of the building code:

Clause B1 Structure: Performance B1.3.1, B1.3.2 and B1.3.4. CS Cavity Sliders meet the requirements for loads arising from self-weight, earthquake, wind and impact [i.e. B1.3.3 [a], [f], [h] and [j]].
Clause B2 Durability: Performance B2.3.1 [a], not less than 50 years, [b], 15 years and [c], 5 years. CS Cavity Sliders meet these requirements.
Clause F2 Hazardous Building Materials: Performance F2.3.1. CS Cavity Sliders meet this requirement and will not present a health hazard to people.
