The Allthrough is a stainless steel clamp ring and flange that connect to a downpipe, the clamp ring has an open and closed option for required functions.

The flange is to be rebated into the balcony substrate with membrane dressed into, the Allthough clamping ring is then installed directing the downpipe directly into the flange. Tile jacks or decking can then be placed and installed onto the balcony providing the finished surface. When an open Allthough is used this will then allow drainage of the balcony through the downpipe and removes the requirements of further drainage fittings around the balcony. A closed Allthough is used in a situation on the same system where the drainage of the balcony is not required.

This product has been designed for balcony installations.

Please note the compatibility with waterproof membranes when selecting a flange option, especially if a heat-applied membrane is being used.

Accepted Alternative Solution to meet standards required to protect penetrations in membrane deck while also allowing downpipes to pass through.
