Rasolastik EVO is designed for waterproofing and protecting concrete and cementitious substrates in both internal and external applications. It is suitable for swimming pools, spas, potable water tanks, reservoirs, canals, basins, concrete pipes, terraces, balconies, podium decks, bathrooms, showers, laundries, and underground external walls. The membrane is compatible with in‑situ concrete, precast concrete panels, cement screeds, cement‑lime mortars, cement plaster, old ceramic finishes, and selected timber substrates.

Rasolastik EVO is approved for use in contact with drinking water and complies with EN 1504‑9 for concrete protection against penetration, humidity control, and increased resistivity. It provides resistance to both positive hydrostatic pressure (up to 5 bar) and negative counterthrust water pressure (up to 2.5 bar).

When applied to a total dry film thickness of 3 mm in two or more coats, Rasolastik EVO meets the requirements of NZBC Clause E2 External Moisture and Clause E3 Internal Moisture as part of a compliant system. It also supports compliance with NZBC Clause B2 Durability and F2 Hazardous Building Materials. Suitable for use in all New Zealand climate zones, including coastal, high‑rainfall, and seismic regions, provided it is tiled over or otherwise protected from long‑term UV exposure.

Rasolastik EVO is BRANZ Appraised as both an external waterproofing membrane (Appraisal No. 541) for compliance with NZBC Clause E2 External Moisture and an internal waterproofing membrane (Appraisal No. 542) for compliance with NZBC Clause E3 Internal Moisture. The membrane also supports compliance with NZBC Clause B2 Durability, delivering a minimum 15‑year service life in wet area and submerged applications when installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions, and NZBC Clause F2 Hazardous Building Materials, as it is solvent‑free, low VOC, and non‑toxic.

The product meets EN 14891:2012 Class CMO1P performance standards for liquid‑applied waterproof membranes under tile finishes, including crack‑bridging, water impermeability, bond strength, and immersion resistance. It also complies with EN 1504‑9 for concrete protection, including protection against penetration, humidity control, and increased resistivity.
