AvanTech YOU is modern and sleek in design, with a smooth opening and closing action. The slimline 13mm drawer side is completely seamless on the front, sides and inner with all screws and fixtures hidden. Four side heights are available with no gallery rail required; 101mm, 139mm, 187mm, 251mm.

The system offers two choices of runner, the Quadro and Actro YOU. The Actro YOU is everything one would expect from a premium runner, with a weighty, luxurious open and close, and superior lateral stability and synchronisation. Not only does this let the Actro YOU runner carry up to 70kg of weight, but also supports some unusual designs. Designers can specify Actro YOU on extra-wide drawers and drawers with curved fronts — without losing any smooth and evenness in opening.

In comparison, the Quadro YOU offers high performance at a specification that makes it suitable for mid-range designs and group home builds. It allows architects to use thin-walled, high-performance fixtures at a lower price point.

Manufactured in Germany, the drawer system introduces some new concepts to elevate the design capability of AvanTech you: the Design Profile and DesignCapes.

The standard colours for AvanTech YOU in New Zealand are anthracite and white. But the innovative DesignCapes and Design Profiles hugely increase the possible colour choices.

Design Profiles serve both function and aesthetic. They are strips that clip easily to the top of the drawer side and cover some of the adjustments, hiding them from external view. By default, these are colour matched to the drawer side for complete seamlessness but they can be switched out for one of several trend profiles. Designers can select from a colour range of oak, walnut, chrome, stainless steel and aluminium.

DesignCapes clip instead of the Design Profile and change the colour of the external drawer side. The DesignCape colour range is oak, hammerblow copper, aluminium, concrete and stainless steel. However, the aluminium cloak can also be powder coated in a colour or print of the designers choice.
