The modules were manufactured and fitted out at a dedicated assembly factory then transported to the site and erected to coordinate with the on-site building program.

Nu-Wall was previously selected as one of the major exterior cladding elements for the inaugural UB™ development, which was completed in Russell Place in the Melbourne CBD.
