Is Your R-Value High Enough? Where's the Dew Point?

Whether you are designing a home or commercial building, calculating Thermal Performance and Dew Point Analysis can be challenging, complex and time consuming. They are two separate elements in the build but, designed properly they will provide the right outcome. Kingspan Thermakraft's design service can provide these documents for you, which are approved by council to support documentation for consent.

Kingspan Thermakraft's experienced Technical Team can provide support and guidance in thermal performance and dew point analysis. Simply send them the build-up, and they can calculate the thermal performance requirements and which high performance rigid insulation products would suit your project to achieve the required R-value. The same applies for dew point analysis, the team can advise on what products from the Thermakraft range would be the best solution.

Once a suitable product offer has been selected, specification is quick and easy via the Kingspan Thermakraft Branded Sections. If you need assistance to work through all products required, the Q&A Section is simple, up to date and easy to use. Any queries you ask through Work Section Support are actioned promptly and all relevant documents needed to support your specification can be quickly downloaded from Masterspec MDocs.

Kingspan Thermakraft is an NZIA Approved Provided. Their Specification Team can host CPD presentations in practice, or online. They are also proud to support the Emerge Program and offer a range of 101 presentations and practical learning opportunities.

As an organisation Kingspan is very proud of the fact that the Thermakraft range is manufactured in New Zealand and they source the ridged insulation products from the plant at Somerton VIC. Being a part of a global group that maintains a local manufacturing presence is core to their success. It gives the business units access to global resource and strategic initiates such as the Plant Passionate program which is Kingspan’s ambitious 10 year global sustainability programme which aims to impact three big global issues: climate change, circularity and protection of the natural world.
