Powder coating onsite, with strict quality controls in place, allows Juralco to offer internationally recognised finishes for all its products.  As approved and registered applicators for both Dulux and Interpon D powder coating, Juralco offers a choice of finishes designed to meet the demands of all New Zealand building environments, from urban sites to coastal areas.

Powder coating finishes offer increased design flexibility as colours can be chosen to match house joinery and cladding, or to introduce colour contrast in the design palette.

Juralco uses Duralloy (by Dulux) for standard powder coating.  Duralloy meets most product requirements for residential and light commercial buildings and comes with a standard ten year warranty.   A palette of 43 standard colours is available, including specially formulated colours such as Bronze Frost which offer an alternative to common anodised colours such as Bronze.    

For more demanding environments Duratec (by Dulux) or Interpon D coatings are applied providing greater protection for buildings in coastal and commercial settings.  Duratec carries a 15 year warranty and Interpon coatings offer a 20 year warranty.
