Available through rollformers nationwide, FleeceCote is ideal for industrial buildings, agricultural sheds, commercial garages, canopies and carports, where it is applied directly to the long run steel roofing. It is suitable for ISO C1–C3 mild to moderate environments with ZinaCore and MagnaFlow substrates.

FleeceCote is designed to provide built-in condensation control for long run steel roofing. The integrated fleece membrane absorbs up to 1000 ml/m² of condensation — offering twice the absorbency of traditional underlays. Once ambient conditions change, this absorbed moisture is gradually released back into the air space as vapour. This prevents the growth of mould and bacteria (the system has a bacterial growth index of 0), to ensure dry, healthy interior environments.

Speeds up roof installation — with no need for underlay

FleeceCote is bonded directly to the underside of the steel coil before rollforming, removing the need to install, cut, or lap separate underlay systems. This simplifies processes on site — with no need to wait for optimal weather conditions to install underlays, contributing to significant time savings.

Kiwi Roofing specified MagnaFlow 0.55 DP955 with FleeceCote for a commercial project in Puhinui where they’ve found the system has helped to save time on site.
