Build More Efficiently with ClimateLine Pre-finished Plasterboard

Now is a good time to consider innovative solutions to complex global problems that aren’t going away anytime soon. How to build more efficiently? Sometimes the answer isn’t as hard as it seems.

ClimateLine Pre-finished Plasterboard eliminates the plastering and painting process to reduce finishing times by up to 60%. A single trade can install and finish, requiring less labour and scheduling disruptions. The finished result is a clean, contemporary and durable finish.

ClimateLine has been used in commercial and prefab projects in New Zealand since 2007. It achieves a Group 1-S reaction to fire classification, and being a plasterboard base, it is scored and snapped easily and then installed with matching powder coated aluminium finishing profiles. Any damage is easily repaired onsite with matching touch-up paint.

Recently certified by Global GreenTag Level B, ClimateLine Pre-finished Plasterboard is 100% New Zealand made and utilises low carbon footprint, zero VOC powder coating technology from Climate to deliver a hardwearing finish that is easy to clean and maintain.

Distributed by Forman Building Systems nationwide, ClimateLine is available in a wide range of board sizes, including long length boards for horizontal fixing options. New colours are available in wall and ceiling boards as well as the ClimateLine Eco Tile ceiling tile range for continuity of colour.
