Made in Auckland and Global Green Tag Certified

Climate Surfaces is an Auckland based company manufacturing a range of New Zealand made plasterboard ceiling tiles. ClimateLine Eco Tiles are made from GIB plasterboard in Penrose and powder coated in Māngere. The GIB plasterboard is custom made to 1193mm width to ensure easy installation into standard suspended grid systems. The full size boards are then cut to size to produce a 1193 x 595 x 10mm standard tile or 595 x 595mm on request. The tiles are then finished with home grown innovation, the Climate powder coating process that contains no solvents, VOC's or water.

ClimateLine is available from Forman Building Systems in a stock range of matte and semi-gloss finishes in bright white, matte black and new blue and green pastel colours that are ideal for healthcare, retail, office and education projects.

Competitively priced compared to imported plasterboard tiles that have a PVC (vinyl) surface, the core range is readily available ex stock from Forman Building Systems nationally. Climate holds raw material stock ensuring short supply lead times, even for larger projects. Locally made products reduce supply lead times, shipping, waste created by transport damage, packaging and the amount of working capital tied up on stock sitting in ships. Climate operates in conjunction with Forman in a just-in-time manufacturing model, whereby what Climate supplies is what's ordered when it's needed and enables a degree of customisation for size, colour and finish.
