GIB Acoustic Systems, Featuring Quietline and Quietline Ceiling Tiles

Designed, manufactured and tested in New Zealand, GIB Acoustic Systems are specifically designed to absorb and disperse sound in open spaces with hard reflective surfaces.

GIB Quietline plasterboard and GIB-Tone Quiet ceiling tiles have been designed in a range of patterns that reflect the New Zealand environment and complement our open, indoor/outdoor style of living.

GIB Quietline

GIB Quietline 13mm plasterboard is based on the high performance and superior finish of 13mm GIB Ultraline, including a fibre-reinforced core and ultra-high quality Pearlcoat coated paper surface.  Each sheet is perforated to produce its unique pattern, before acoustic GIB QuietFabric is laminated on the back.  GIB Quietline is jointed and painted in a similar manner to other GIB plasterboards.

GIB-Tone Quiet Ceiling Tile

GIB-Tone Quiet 10mm ceiling tiles are based on the hardwearing pre-finished GIB-Tone Ready ceiling tile.  Each ceiling tile has a white painted surface, finished with a technologically advanced VOC-free UV-cured coating system.  Tiles are perforated to produce their unique pattern, before the acoustic GIB QuietFabric is laminated on the back.
