Triton Hygiene
Description

Triton Hygiene is an NZ-made washable vinyl faced composite ‘soft’ fibre sound-absorbing ceiling panel designed to provide sound absorption in hygiene-sensitive areas.

Ideal for use in commercial kitchens, food bars, school food tech rooms, abattoirs, and pharmaceutical areas for the control of background noise levels and reverberation times.

Composition

Manufactured from smooth vinyl coated Sonatex 250 kg/m³ composite facer panel laminated to a 48 kg/m³ biosoluble glass fibre absorber.  T24 suspension grid from galvanised steel.  

Benefits

  • Impermeable smooth vinyl coating is easy to wipe clean and is suitable for daily wet cleaning.
  • Provides good sound absorption from 125 to 1000 Hz, NRC 0.45, ISO 11654 class D, W 0.3(LM).  Helps reduce background noise and reverberation.
  • Dimensionally stable in high humidity, lightweight and easy to install.
  • Made in NZ, meaning short lead times.
