Provista Balustrade Systems Offer Low Maintenance Solutions for Williams Corporation

Leading nationwide balustrade provider, Provista Balustrade Systems, has now installed a vast range of balustrade solutions to developments by Williams Corporation, one of NZ’s largest national residential housing providers, with many more scheduled for installation across the country over the next 12 months and beyond.

Solutions provided to date range from Provista’ Vista Frameless Glass to Semi-frameless Glass, Framed Glass and Aluminium Baluster post-style products along with its Euro Slat screening solution. The balustrades typically feature a darker powder coat finish in keeping with the joinery and other structural elements and secondary colour schemes that Williams Corporation prefer. Soon to be installed on various developments across NZ are new Juliette-style aluminium and glass balustrades, designed to provide an attractive but safe barrier where upper-level slider joinery is installed.

Williams Corporation specialises in multi-unit residential developments in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Tauranga and Nelson. Other NZ centres will follow and operations in Australia and Singapore are now underway. They produce high-quality homes in existing suburbs, close to environments where people can live, work and play and have a goal of providing 400 quality homes per year. Provista Balustrade Systems Vista Frameless Glass balustrade system features a modern aluminium channel design suiting both classic and contemporary building design.

The Vista Channel solution is designed to comply with A, B, E and C3 loadings for residential and commercial occupancy types and is suitable for decks, balconies, stairways, pool fences and gates.
Suitable building structures can be timber, concrete, steel and typical combinations of each.
A stainless steel interlinking rail is available for 12mm glass applications, affixed directly to the top edge of the glass. The rail can also be supplied in a powder-coated finish which could be the same as that of the channel covers or in a contrast colour.

Specified for use in Very High Wind Zones but site specific PS1 and calculations can be provided for Extreme Wind Zones

Provista Semi-frameless solutions are designed to comply with A, B, E and C3 loadings for residential and commercial occupancy types and are suitable for decks, balconies, stairways, pool fences and gates.
Suitable building structures can be timber, concrete, steel and typical combinations of each. Provista Semi-frameless solutions can also be used in conjunction with the Provista Gutter Bracket – a robust stainless steel product designed to be specified where membrane decks and gutters are required.
A rectangular ("Retro") handrail and rounded ("Euro") handrail options are available or a stainless interlinking rail could be used if required, affixed directly to the top edge of the glass. The Provista Semi-frameless solutions can include a glass infill panel, or euro Slat screening, or combination of both.
