Shaw Carpet Tiles Add Warmth and Durability to Woburn

Woburn Apartments have been designed to cater for a generation of people who want to lead an active, yet comfortable lifestyle in their retirement. A modern boutique retirement community, this project includes 86 one, two, and three bedroom independent living retirement apartments with associated communal facilities such as various café and lounge spaces, a library, a fitness suite, a 'man shed' and social conservatory spaces.

In the communal spaces, the feeling of grandeur has been accentuated with generously wide corridors, and natural light. A combination of flooring surfaces has been used to further enhance this feeling of luxury. Shaw Chain Stitch carpet tile and Tarkett Traffic 250 was used in the corridors, Shaw Double knit broadloom in the communal living space, and Shaw Cross Stitch Broadloom in the reception and café areas.

The apartments are ultra comfortable with Wyndham Extra Heavy Duty carpet and Tarkett Eclipse Premium Spirit in the Kitchen.

With quality and fashionable flooring surfaces this village offers a superb and practical place to live and enjoy life.
