EGGER OS'Floor is a high quality, moisture resistant, innovative and environmentally sustainable structural panel designed and manufactured specifically for flooring applications. It was recently the product of choice when St. Austell's Church in New Lynn needed to be re-floored.

The old particle board that had been there for 30 years was absorbing moisture as the cavity under the hall was not properly ventilated, and the boards started to rot which was a hazard to those using the hall.

The builder chose Egger OS'Floor for its superior strength and stiffness properties, and the fast and easy handling of the lightweight board which makes for a safe one person lift. The surface of each sheet also has pre-marked major axis and nail grid patterns which made it a breeze to install. The floor was then sanded and coated to a three coat system with polyurethane for that nice polished finish, letting the character of the board take centre stage.
