Manufactured from FOSB (Fine Oriented Strand Board), the panel combines an OSB core with fine surface layers that provide a smoother finish while maintaining structural performance. A press fine surface enhances moisture resistance, and the integrated tongue and groove profile assists with installation over joists.

IBS FutureFloor is suitable for use in timber and steel-framed buildings and can also be used in wet areas when installed with a compliant waterproof membrane system. Panels are available in 2400 x 1200 x 20mm and 3600 x 1200 x 20mm sizes.

The product is manufactured in accordance with EN13986:2004 and is intended for use in humid conditions where the panel moisture content does not exceed 20%. IBS FutureFloor may be specified as a structural floor diaphragm for the transfer of wind and seismic loads in accordance with NZS 3604, subject to the requirements outlined in the installation guide.
