Introducing Viroc Cement Bonded Particle Board

Viroc is a clever new composite material designed to transform interiors with an elegant, industrial style of concrete — the easy way. A cement-bonded particleboard (CBPB), Viroc combines the flexibility and easy workability of pine wood particles with the strength and durability of cement.

Viroc is fire retardant with a Group 1 rating and offers good sound insulation, with airborne sound resistance up to 37dB possible when using panels with a 22mm thickness. The panels are perfect for internal walls and partitions in a range of applications — from residential homes to commercial fit-outs for apartments, hospitals, schools, workplaces, and retail and hospitality.

Achieve a polished, raw or sanded finish with six different colours to choose from — black, grey, white, ochre, yellow and red. The panels provide the look of concrete without the weight and can be cut, drilled and sanded, providing benefits for installers.

Viroc is a non-toxic option free of VOCs, silica and formaldehyde. It offers excellent moisture resistance as well as resistance to pests, insects and fungi.
