Advance Flooring has been designing and making entrance matting systems in New Zealand since 1976. Their warehouse is fully stocked, and they custom make to order for the day the flooring is needed.

Delivered, when its needed

Advance Flooring holds bulk stock of matting components for guaranteed supply and have had no disruption to their raw materials supply chain during the pandemic. Contractors can pre-order, but don’t need to pay or take delivery until they actually need the product. This ensures storage is looked after until installation day and avoids off-site payment claims.

Prefabricated, custom-made and installed

Advance Flooring prefabricates entrance matting in their factory, brings the finished mats to site, and installs on the agreed day. Custom production is important when site measurements are critical and can be confirmed only at the last moment, and is also useful for where unusual shapes or a specific anodising colour is required.

Made for New Zealand conditions

As a New Zealand business for over 44 years, Advance Flooring designs their entrance matting specifically for local conditions. Advance Flooring mats perform particularly well in wet weather, with one of the most moisture-absorbent insert materials on the market.

Flexible installation times and short lead times

By the time a project gets to the flooring install, there is a rush to achieve practical completion. Advance Flooring has a very flexible service and can adapt to deliver in a short time frame.

Advance Flooring's installer can be booked at a time that suits and can take care of the site measure too. For some sites, Advance offers overnight installation. At Westfield Newmarket, for example, Advance Flooring came in after hours to install all the main entry mats to keep the main entranceways clear during the busy working day.
