EBOSSNOW's Email Newsletter Hits 100

You need to ensure you celebrate milestones! With the never ending task of constantly trying to get things completed/off your desk, it is often so easy to gloss over the fact that your business has just turned five years old, you have just had six profitable months or it's the first time you have been able to take a week off work for 12 months!

Well this week we publish the 100th email newsletter of ebossNOW – which is a great achievement for EBOSS. We started the publication in September 2007. With so much change in the industry driven by innovation, new technologies and regulation changes, we set out to create a concise professional publication of the latest product innovation and product design ideas. We challenged ourselves with the following brief "create a solution for an architect or designer that can only receive one email per month to keep them up to date with innovations and changes in product design".

From this we created ebossNOW: to assist you in assessing what products and systems are available from NZ's leading suppliers and manufacturers. New innovations in product design are only beneficial if you can have confidence in them. Our aim is that if a product is profiled in ebossNOW, it is from a supplier that is committed to the building industry and supporting you as a designer and your projects. Over the years we have received plenty of constructive feedback which has been so helpful and we have always felt well supported by the architectural design community, something we have not taken for granted.

We are excited about the future ahead. Technology can play a big part in how we can improve the design process, not least is ensuring that product information if presented in a way that is easy for you to understand, access and utilise – we believe we can play a big part in improving this across the industry.

If you have any questions, suggestions on how we can improve ebossNOW, we would love to hear them, you can either email me directly ([email protected]) or leave a comment below.
