It is not a BRANZ‑appraised waterproofing membrane. For wet areas requiring compliance with NZBC Clause E3 Internal Moisture or Clause E2 External Moisture, it must be installed in combination with a compliant waterproofing system such as Strataflex or the Technokolla Waterproofing System.

When installed according to manufacturer’s instructions, Super SAM 125 supports NZBC Clause B2 Durability for long‑term service life and Clause F2 Hazardous Building Materials as it is Clean Air GOLD certified for low VOC emissions.

• Super SAM 125 is not a waterproofing membrane and must not be used as the sole moisture barrier in wet areas. For applications requiring compliance with NZBC Clause E3 Internal Moisture or Clause E2 External Moisture, it must be installed with a BRANZ‑appraised waterproofing membrane such as Strataflex or the Technokolla Waterproofing System.
• Not suitable for permanent UV exposure, direct weathering, or uncovered exterior installations.
• Must not be installed over substrates with active structural movement exceeding 9.5 mm or over unstable substrates such as particleboard, unreinforced timber, or dimensionally unstable flooring panels.
• Substrates must be clean, dry, structurally sound, and free of contaminants including dust, oil, paint, or adhesive residues.
• Installation requires the use of NAC TAC, NAC TAC II, or NS97 primers to achieve full adhesion and maintain acoustic and crack isolation performance.
• Not intended for use over expansion joints or structural movement joints; these must be carried through the finished floor covering.
