Sanicubic 2 Pro is a 'whole building' solution for commercial and intensive residential use:

• Multiple sanitary fixtures — toilets, basins, baths, showers, washing machines, dish washers, sinks
• Commercial and intensive domestic use
• Ideal for building repurposing and modifications 
• Applications located below the main sewerage line
• Can pump up to 11 metres in height, or 1m height with 100m length — refer to data sheet
• IP rating (68) means pump can be installed in exterior locations or in areas prone to flooding for short periods
• Inlet pipework: 40/50/100/110mm. Discharge pipework: 40mm

• Surface of pump must be located minimum 275mm below the lowest fixture (normally the shower)
• Allow 200mm clearance around pump for maintenance purposes
• Working temperature of 35°C. Will handle up to 70°C for short periods.
• Must be installed by a licensed plumber

• Do not dispose of any solvents, paints, caustic soda, acids, citrus oil products or other chemicals in sanitary fixtures connected to this device
• Do not dispose of foreign objects, feminine hygiene products, wet wipes or paper hand towels in the system
• The pump is not intended for the disposal of hair, adequate filtration must be installed for hair wash basins upstream of the pump in the form of a dedicated hair trap
• Excessive grease build up due to lack of servicing may void warranty

In opinion of Saniflo this product meets the following provisions of the NZBC:

• Clause B2 DURABILITY: Performance B2.3.1 [a] not less than 50 years, and B2.3.1 [b] 15 years, and B2.3.2. The Sanicubic 2 Pro meets this requirement
• Clause F2 HAZARDOUS BUILDING MATERIALS: Performance F2.3.1. Sanicubic 2 Pro meets this requirement and does not present a health hazard to People
• Clause G13 FOUL WATER: Performance G13.3.1 and G13.3.2. Sanicubic 2 Pro meets these requirements

Warranty Conditions

• This device is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase and is subject to:
  • NZ CG Act 1993 if used for personal, domestic or household use
  • Installation in strict compliance with manufacturers installation manual in the product box
• This warranty does not cover the following which remain at the risk, cost and responsibility of the owner:
  • Costs of travel and transport or insurance of the device
  • Device installed outside 50km radius from an accredited Saniflo Agents Office
  • All Costs necessary to safely access and replace the installed device including costs of additional plant equipment, materials. handling and/or safety equipment
• This warranty is not transferable
• This warranty shall not apply when the product is sold or installed outside New Zealand
