Pacific VP30HRDA Double Action Heritage Fire Door
Description

The VP30HR-DA Heritage fire door set is designed to replicate a traditional rail and stile timber door in the same way as the VP30HR, however this door set is double action (double swing). Flush panel versions of this door set are also available.

Scope of Use

Leaf size:

  • The VP30HR double-action timber-framed (VP30HR DA TF) door set is a pivoting door suitable for interior installation only.
  • The door set configuration may be single leaf or pair, finished with a variety of facings and pivoted in a timber frame (on floor springs only).
  • The thickness of the VP30HR DA TF door leaf is 65mm with an approximate leaf weight of 35kg/m2.

Wall type:

  • Jambs may be connected to timber stud, steel stud or concrete masonry.
  • The minimum specification for each wall type is:
    • Precast concrete (100mm thickness) or grouted blockwork (140mm thickness).
    • Non-load bearing timber stud partitions of minimum lining thickness of 10mm Fyreline GIB Board® in accordance with GBT30 (GIB ® Fire Rated Systems).
  • Non-load bearing steel stud partitions of minimum specification GBS60 (GIB® Fire Rated Systems).
