This competition is open to all registrants to the BRANZ Lightweight Steel Framing Seminar Series (one entry per registrant). Entries must be received by 5.00pm Friday 25 May 2012. There is one non-transferable prize of an iPad (3rd generation, 16GB Wi-Fi +4G) valued at $929.00. The first valid entry drawn at random will win the prize. The draw will take place at the promoter’s offices. The winner will be notified as soon as possible and the prize will be made available as soon as the Promoter has satisfied themselves that the entry drawn complies with these terms and conditions. If three reasonable attempts to contact the winner have been made within 5 working days after the draw and the winner is still unavailable, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be randomly chosen. The winner should allow 28 days from prize draw for delivery. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the entrant’s information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. Personal information will be held in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available at: http://www.nzsteel.co.nz/footer/privacy-policy. All personal information will be collected and stored by the Promoter at 131 Mission Bush Road, Glenbrook, South Auckland. The winner consents to their name and photo being used for public relations purposes relating to this promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
