J-Frame Certified for Truss Systems

As project teams look for greater accuracy, consistency and design confidence in timber construction, Juken New Zealand's J-Frame provides a high-performance LVL solution for prefabricated structural roof trusses and frames.

J-Frame 08 and J-Frame 11 are now available in Pryda and MiTek design software, helping truss manufacturers integrate J-Frame into established specification and design workflows and gives designers practical options where additional strength or design capability is required.

The J-Frame engineering support package includes span tables for beams, rafters, lintels, bearers, joists and studs, prepared by PTL Structural & Fire Engineering and aligned with NZS 3604 residential construction requirements. For architects and designers, this means clearer pathways for selecting appropriate J-Frame members and specifying with confidence across residential applications.

J-Frame is approved for use in prefabricated structural roof trusses and frames when designed and manufactured by licensed truss and frame manufacturers.

J-FRAME 8 is CodeMark certified, an engineered wood product, being manufactured to AS/NZS 4357 (Structural LVL), AS/NZS 1491 (Finger Jointed Structural Timber), supported by ISO 9001 (Quality Management System).
