The Advanced Roofing System range features six metal skin warm roof build-ups designed to fit the requirements of different projects:
Advanced Vented
For maximum thermal performance while managing condensation in cold climates
Dimond Advanced Vented incorporates a vented structural rail to facilitate airflow and thermal expansion control, with added features to prevent ice dams in cold climates with high snowfall. The system is recommended for roof sheets over 25m and in freezing climates.
- Incorporates PIR insulation with customisable R-values from R2.0 to R7.0
- Designed to maintain cold top roof deck temperature, preventing ice dams in cold climates
- Features a complete vapour barrier layer, eliminating condensation risk by separating internal and external environments.
- Includes a vented structural rail for airflow and thermal expansion control, further reducing condensation risks.

Advanced Non-Vented
