Allco is a New Zealand company which provides internationally recognised brands such as Casali torch-on roofing, Volclay tanking, Emseal seismic joints and Mapei-Mapeplan TPO Smartwhite roof technology.

In the ASB project, Casali features across the roof expanse of buildings 22 and 23, including in roof gutters, on external balconies and beneath timber decking. It’s used in the landscaped area and external plant area and under parapets. More than 3500 square metres of Casali membrane was specified for the project, with Casali’s international sales manager Antoine Melham flying out from Italy to inspect the product upon completion.

The ASB’s new headquarters was designed by Bligh Voller Nield Architecture (BVN), in association with Jasmax.
