The product is designed to comply with AS/NZS 3112 (plugs and socket outlets) and AS/NZS 3000 (wiring rules) when installed by a registered electrician. The integrated RCD provides protection against electric shock in accordance with the intent of Clause G9, which requires electrical installations to safeguard occupants from injury.
