Stickman Linear is a coordinated system of slimline aluminium profiles for joining, finishing and fixing MDF and other wood composite panels in architectural interiors.
The range includes corner joins, butt joins, wall fixing and capping profiles, providing consistent detailing across wall panelling, columns and cabinetry, with the option of raised, flush or recessed settings.
Profiles are available in anodised aluminium or mill finish suitable for powder coating to match or contrast surrounding materials.
Linear profiles offer raised, flush or negative inset detailing to create subtle joins, expressed architectural lines or recessed shadow details.
Compatible profiles can be combined to create integrated panel details, including direct wall fixing and concealed access applications.
Linear System Proile Options:
MCLNJOIN – Butt join profile for adjoining flat panels, with raised, flush or negative inset detailing.
MCLNWFJOIN – Wall-fix butt join profile integrating direct wall fixing with raised, flush or negative inset detailing.
MCLNCAP – Standard capping profile for finishing exposed panel ends and junctions, suitable for 16 mm and 18 mm panels.
MCLNWFCAP – Wider wall-finish capping profile for concealing gaps at walls, ceilings and other junctions, with raised, flush or negative inset detailing.
Suitable for MDF and other wood composite panels in dry interior applications, including:
Column cladding and external or internal corner detailing, with coordinated corner and butt join profiles.
Cabinetry, furniture and architectural joinery requiring defined, consistent panel junctions.
Panel terminations at walls, ceilings and adjoining surfaces, including wider capping profiles to conceal junction gaps.
Direct wall fixing of panels using the MCLNWFJOIN wall-fix profile.
Concealed service and storage access, where removable panels are incorporated into the joinery design.
Commercial interiors, retail fit-outs, hospitality spaces, offices and residential projects.
Intended for dry interior applications. Suitability for exterior, wet-area or other demanding environments must be confirmed with Stickman.
Profile selection must account for panel material, thickness and the required junction detail.
Not all Linear profiles offer raised, flush and negative inset settings. Refer to individual profile drawings for available configurations.
Panels must be accurately machined and profiles installed in accordance with the relevant technical drawings and installation instructions.
Wall-fix and removable panel applications require appropriate fixing and installation details for the intended use.
