Description

This exterior doorset features a solid LVL core and marine grade plywood facing. It includes various glass insert options and bespoke designs. The door is sealer coated and ready for priming and painting. It is supplied as a complete set with or without hardware.

Key Features

Core: Solid laminated veneer lumber.
Clashing: Paint Quality doors are clashed as standard.
Facings: Marine grade plywood.
Thickness: This door leaf is available as 44mm thick.
Leaf Sizes: Leaf sizes up to 2440 high x 1220 wide per leaf.

Scope of Use

Leaf Facings available for the door set:

Paint quality factory sealed
1mm galvanised steel facings with aluminium edge capping
1mm stainless steel kickplate to 1000mm – interior side only
Steel clad and capped

Limitations on Use

There are no hardware limitations for the Solid Core door set, however consideration should always be given to fitness for purpose.
Concealed hinges are not an option on this doorset.
