• Leaf Sizes: The solid core door is available for manufacture to any practical size to suit client requirements.

• Timber veneer full height
• High pressure laminate full height
• Sheet vinyl to 1000mm
• 1mm stainless steel kickplate to 1000mm – both sides 

Leaf Edges:

• The leaf edges listed below are available for the Solid Core door set
• 7mm pine clashing to hinge edge
• 7mm pine clashing to leading edge of singles

Meeting Stiles:

• 18mm pine clashing to leading edge of rebated pairs 
• 7mm pine clashing to leading edge of flushed pairs
• Bullnose
• J-section

• Standard frames are three-sided only with no sill. Four-sided frames and/or custom sills may be available on request. 
• Concealed hinges are not an option on this doorset.
• Thought should be given to the facings of oversize door leafs so that there is no visible join in the face of the door.
