Description

Masons Roof Boot Flashings are designed for building applications where a pipe or building service penetrates the roof of a building, or for flashing pipes on horizontal claddings.

When installed the roof boot flashings create a weathertight seal between the service pipe and the building roof. 

Key Features
  • Available in multiple sizes 0-300mm so fits any pipe penetration
  • Choose between EPD Rubber or Red Silicon to withstand temperatures from -50˚C to 115˚C and up to 150˚C intermittently (EPDM) and -60˚C to 200˚C and up to 250˚C intermittently (Silicon)
  • Easy to install
  • Guaranteed for up to 15 years
  • For flashing pipes on horizontal claddings
  • Fits square or round pipes
