Description

This is a complete sustainable system for waterproofing membrane & sheet vinyl installation with rapid-setting and highly resistant properties.

The system consists of a bond slurry, screed, rapid set leveller, waterproof tape, waterproofing membrane, primer, skim coating compound and adhesive; certified with a range of Environmental Product Declarations (EPD), Health Product Declarations (HPD), Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) testing, as well as CO2e Fully Offset products.

Scope of Use
  • Waterproofing membrane & sheet vinyl installation
  • PLANICRETE is a synthetic-rubber latex which when combined with MAPECEM, a special hydraulic binder, creates a cementitious bonding slurry with excellent adhesion
  • MAPECEM PRONTO is a pre-blended, ready-to-use, quick-setting and drying (24 hours) controlled-shrinkage mortar for screeds
  • A Mapei waterproofing membrane can be applied after 4 hours of applying screed
  • PRIMER 3296 is used as a surface consolidator before applying waterproofing products, with high-penetration characteristics
  • MAPEBAND EASY is a highly-flexible waterproof tape to seal corners and around edges, with added holes to improve wetting with waterproofing products
  • MAPELASTIC AQUADEFENSE is a ready-to-use, ultra quick-drying, flexible waterproofing membrane. It forms an excellent grip and its flexibility helps it withstand movements caused by expansion and shrinkage of the substrate
  • ECO PRIM GRIP PLUS is a bonding promoter primer with amost no odour and solvent-free. It offers excellent bond strength, resistance to water and ageing
  • PLANIPREP SC is a rapid-setting, fiber reinforced, polymer modified, fine-textured thixotropic cementitious skimming compound. The next phase of floor installation can be carried out after just 2 hours. It hardens without shrinking or cracking, with a high level of mechanical strength and resistance to abrasion/dents
  • ULTRABOND ECO V4 EVOLUTION is a synthetic polymer-based adhesive in water dispersion. It has extended open time, fast and strong initial tack, very high peel strength and good dimensional stability
