Description

This is a complete sustainable system for the installation of tiles over concrete with mould resistance and a variety of coloured results.

The system consists of adhesives, grout, sealants, and smoothing product certified with Environmental Product Declarations (EPD), Health Product Declarations (HPD), Volatile Organic Compound testing (VOC), and CO2e Fully Offset products.

Scope of Use

Installation of tiles over concrete
Choose from a deformable (KERAFLEX MAXI S1 N) or rapid-setting (KERAQUICK MAXI S1) adhesive, in grey or white, depending on requirements
Bonding up to 15mm thick
40 grout and sealant colours to choose from
Choose from an acetic or neutral sealant
Mould-resistant grout and sealant (BioBlock technology)
Synergic effect to reduce surface water absorption (DropEffect technology)
UV resistance
Solvent free and low emission of VOC
Use ULTRACARE SMOOTH SILICONE to smooth and finish the sealants, easing dirt pickup and preventing future mould formation

Limitations on Use

Grouted areas using ULTRACOLOR PLUS are ready to use after approximately 24 hours, with floors set to light foot traffic after approximately 3 hours
