Suitable for residential use, taking into account the following:

• Be familiar with the load capacity of the unit and do not exceed it.
• When opening and closing the hamper or when putting items into it, do not apply strong downward force as this may damage the runners.
• Do not use caustic cleaners on any part of the hamper.
• Some laundry powders are particularly caustic. If they spill onto or into the drawers, remove the powder promptly with a vacuum cleaner, soft brush or damp cloth taking care to re-wipe the surface clean after rinsing cloth free of substance and ensure it is dried well.

FIT released their first Tanova laundry hamper range in February 2012 and believe this to be a world first. Since then a number of innovations have occurred within the range, including the Simplex range, the Simplex Plus sub-range for wider cabinets, frame and hamper models to sit within an existing base mounted drawer, a Designer series and ‘frame and hamper’ options to be compatible with Legrabox drawers.

Warranty

FIT warrants the original purchaser of products against manufacturing defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. This warranty applies to all non-electrical products sold by FIT in New Zealand and Australia.

The warranty covers replacements for faulty goods only. Replacements will be supplied to the original purchaser only. If the identical item is no longer available, FIT will replace with the closest item from their current product selection. The warranty does not include any labour or other associated expense that may be involved in removal or installation of the product. The warranty does not apply if products have been incorrectly installed, have been subjected to loads in excess of specifications and/or have been subjected to uses/purposes for which they are not expressly intended. FIT’s liability is limited to the goods themselves and does not cover any consequential or incidental damages contributed to or resulting from the use, installation, performance or failure of products.

In New Zealand this warranty is additional to the conditions and guarantees of the Consumers Guarantee Act (1993).
