• Specialist Vehicle Interiors: Applicable for the internal joinery and vertical wall configurations of motorhomes, caravans, and commercial automotive fit-outs.

• Vertical Orientation Only: Must only be utilised for interior vertical linings and cabinetry faces; it is not rated for horizontal worktops or heavy-wear horizontal applications.  
• Non-Structural: SatinWood panels are decorative and cannot be used as structural components in walls or ceilings.  
• Moisture Constraints: Panels are water-resistant but not waterproof. They must not be exposed to excessive moisture, standing water, or persistent steam, and are unsuited for wet-area wall linings like immediate shower enclosures.  
• Heat Management: Avoid exposing panels to temperatures exceeding 75°C. When configured near major cooking heat sources (such as gas or electric hobs), panels must maintain a minimum distance of 750mm vertically and 250mm horizontally.

This product if designed, used, installed and maintained in accordance with the statements and conditions of the technical literature, will meet or contribute to meeting the following provisions of the NZBC:

SatinWood is made in Dargaville and has been used in projects around the country since 2025.

• The New Zealand-manufactured MDF substrate achieves Environmental Choice standards, verifying a low formaldehyde emission level of E0 (≤ 0.5 mg/L).  
• Wood fibres are derived entirely from FSC-certified, sustainably harvested New Zealand radiata pine forests.  Sustainable Substrates: All timber-based substrates are processed through fully qualified FSC and PEFC certified mills, and laminate papers are sourced from eco-friendly European suppliers.  
• Chemical Safety: Laminating processes are performed without toxic or harsh adhesive chemicals, and zero rainforest products are engaged during any manufacturing tier.  
• Clean Manufacturing Grid: The production plant operates entirely on electricity drawn from New Zealand's national power network, which utilises 82% renewable energy sources.  
• Resource Recycling: Cardboard packaging materials are recycled locally, and clean wood manufacturing waste is directed to organic composting systems.

Warranty & Maintenance

• Supported by a 10 year manufacturer's guarantee against faulty materials or defective manufacturing workmanship when handled and specified correctly.  
• Clean with a warm, damp, well-wrung microfibre cloth, followed immediately by a dry wipe. For stubborn areas, standard dishwashing liquid or streak-free glass cleaners can be used.
• Severe damage or warranty voiding will occur if subjected to abrasive powders, bleach, solvents, thinners, scouring pads, or sandpaper.
