Description

Triton 4™ is an economical, mat white ceiling panel designed for exposed grid and tile ceilings to control unwanted noise reverberation.

Triton 4™ is also ideal as a renovation solution for old or soiled ceilings. Simply lift old panels, lay in the new Triton 4 and replace the existing ceiling tile on top. Triton 4 extends ceiling life and reduces construction waste while delivering fresh aesthetics.

Scope of Use

Triton 4™ is ideal for use with Rondo Donn DX^® exposed grid for general areas requiring good sound absorption, light reflectance and clean white aesthetics at an economical budget.

Limitations on Use

For interior use only, and not in direct contact with water.
Not for wind lobbies or areas subjected to high wind pressure.
Not for use with negative air return plenums.
Maximum humidity/temperature 99% R/H at 45°C.
No back loading, loads to be independently supported.

NZ Building Code Compliance:

B2 Durability – Clause B2.3.1 (c) (i): Asona ceiling tiles with only normal maintenance will have a minimum durability of at least 5 years when installed in accordance with; manufacturer’s installation requirements and AS/NZS 2785:2020.
C3 Fire – Clause C/AS2 3.4(a): Asona Triton 4 has a Fire Material Group Number 1-S by NZBC Building Product Specification Parts 8.5.4 or 8.5.5, tested in accordance with ISO 9705 or ISO 5660.
