It was from these flexible options that Dean Gant, Architect, chose to specify Ulltraclad Traditional board on a new home in Takamatua, Banks Peninsula.

Builder Justin Norrell of Norrell Building Ltd, was new to the Ulltraclad system but with the systems simple installation process and on-site support from Ullrich Aluminium the project moved forward with ease.

From the start this project needed to stand above the rest with the fantastic sea views and the strong composure the house had on site and Ulltraclad Traditional board was able to meet these high expectations. Being extruded from 6060 T5 alloy with stainless steel fixings Ulltraclad will continue to look great for years to come with the peace of mind that the product will not rust or decay.

With everything cut and measured to the millimeter the finished product is a very sharp looking cladding system. 'I think the cladding on this house is one of its best features,' says Justin. 'It really sets it apart from other houses.'
