Larger and improved, the new 100mm Luxaflex Roller Blind Headbox features first in the collection. A step up from the existing 89mm option, the larger headbox supports longer drop Roller Blinds on the thickest of Blockout fabrics — up 3.3 metres on a 50mm tube, and 2.6 metres on a 65mm tube using their thickest 0.85mm fabric. Longer drops up to 5 metres are also possible on thinner 0.5mm thick fabrics.

Providing a solution for the current heavy-duty 65mm Quantum hardware, the new larger headbox is compatible with the existing Luxaflex side channels to offer a complete Blockout solution.

Next in the collection is the Dual Fascia Headbox with end caps. Discretely hiding away the top of exposed roller blinds, a neat and modern finish for dual roller blind applications can be achieved. The completely redesigned brackets provide an easy snap-on front cover for trouble-free installation for inside or face fit installations.

The new Dual Fascia Headbox also maintains compatibility with Luxaflex’s current side channel system, with the ability to combine two side channels for a double-sided channel system.

Lastly, Luxaflex Heavy Duty Roller Blinds with Quantum Technology are now available with chain drive operation, providing a cost-effective solution where large windows need to be covered. This system allows for single blinds that can extend to 3.8m wide while supporting drops up to 5.5m on supported fabrics.

Featuring an innovative chain brake that has been relocated inside the 65mm Quantum roller tube, the size of the chain drive is reduced, resulting in a smaller light gap at the chain end — 17mm for the chain end and 14mm for the idle end.

The adjustable spring-loaded idle end allows for easy installation and on-site adjustments to match light gaps on each side. All Luxaflex Heavy Duty Chain blinds now come on a new 65mm tube which has been engineered to reduce deflection over large expanses.
