Designed by Minimal Design and built by ArchiBuild, this refined 250m² residence combines contemporary architectural expression with functional family living. Natural materials, strong textural contrasts, and crisp concrete elements come together to create a home that feels both modern and enduring.

Concrete contribution

Allied Concrete supplied exterior concrete finishes for the driveway, entrance pathway, and side access paths. The Hyland River mix was selected not only for its tonal match to the material palette, but also for its proven performance in high-use areas like driveways and paths.

Concrete was specified as a primary exterior material to deliver durability, low maintenance, and strong alignment with the home’s vision, providing clean lines and a timeless surface finish that grounds the home in its setting. Landscaping by Tim Ecroyd (‘The Landscaper’, Wanaka) further enhanced the integration of hard and soft materials.

The McLeod Ave project demonstrates the versatility of Allied Concrete’s Ready Exposed decorative concrete range.
