What the service does

DesignHub checks that the submitted slab design is consistent with the CodeMark-certified system. DesignHub will confirm if the project is covered by the CodeMark certificate or if it sits outside the parameters and needs a Specific Engineered Slab Design (SED). If the project needs an SED, DesignHub will also provide you with the details and costs to supply an SED for the project and can deliver it within 3-5 working days.

How it works

1. Submit: Upload your architectural plan, foundation details, and any relevant site information to DesignHub.
2. Review: DesignHub’s technical team will check that your project plans align with the CodeMark requirements for SuperSlab or SuperSlab+.
3. Confirmation: DesignHub will confirm whether your foundation design is compliant with the CodeMark-certified SuperSlab system. If it does not, we will explain why, outline the changes needed to achieve compliance, and help you make them. If a specific engineered slab design (SED) is required instead, we will provide a no-obligation quote and can proceed on your request.
