Recycled Hardwood Engineered Flooring
Description

Recycled Hardwood Engineered Flooring is a pre-finished timber overlay flooring board constructed using repurposed Australian Messmate hardwood. Manufactured by incorporating salvaged hardwood — such as timber sourced from decommissioned warehousing — into an engineered board construction, the flooring combines historic timber aesthetics with modern engineered stability.

The 15x190mm boards have a four-sided tongue and groove profile. The messmate is dressed in a finish called grey skin, which is a sawn wire brushed finish.

Key Features
  • Constructed with repurposed Australian hardwood salvaged from old warehousing, providing an eco-friendly flooring alternative.
  • End-matched board profile supplied pre-finished for rapid direct-adhesive installation.

Sustainably Sourced Hardwood & Carbon Sequestration

Sustainable timber is sourced from responsibly managed forests, where harvesting is done in a manner that ensures ongoing replenishment without causing harm to the surrounding environment, including native flora and fauna. LMA Timber do not source from tropical rainforests such as those in Indonesia and the Amazon.

Not only is hardwood more durable but is also far superior when it comes to carbon sequestration compared to most other timber options
available in New Zealand.
