Description

The Allproof Commercial Channel is a New Zealand made linear channel drain with a 200mm clear opening. Injection moulded from 100% recycled material it provides a environmentally conscious and economic drainage system.

The design has been developed to utilise the strength of the surrounding concrete to create a strong durable solution for commercial drainage applications. The grates have been load test rated in accordance with AS3996 for pedestrian (A) to heavy commercial (D) giving this system excellent versatility in its application. Additionally the stainless steel wedge wire grate is slip resistant classified as R11 providing an exceptional option for high traffic fast-paced pedestrianised areas that may experience light vehicle traffic. Heelproof cast iron grates available for loading bays and heavy vehicle traffic.

The channel comes as 100mm or 150mm internal depth, both in 1m lengths with stainless steel edge rails providing a clean and robust install.

Scope of Use

The Allproof CC200 commercial linear channel drain is a medium duty high-capacity solution for external stormwater and surface water drainage. It has been designed for installation in concrete, pavers or epoxy finished floors. The trench drain gains its strength from the surrounding concrete, the 100% recycled polypropene creates an easy to handle and install system. The grates include black plastic, heelproof cast iron and 316 stainless steel wedge wire.

This system is ideal for urban pedestrianised areas, all the grates are heelproof and the 316 SS wedge wire has an R11 slip resistance rating. These features also make it an excellent option for educational facilities.

The cast iron grate is load class rated up to a classification of D allowing this versatile strip drain to also be used in loading bays, car parks and other commercial applications requiring a durable drainage solution.

Limitations on Use

An excellent option for commercial surface water drainage. Combines well with matching and complimentary grate systems with Allproof’s other surface water systems including level threshold, provides continuity and consistency on projects.
